How we handle your information

Novas LLC (“Novas,” “we,” “us”) installs and services heating, cooling, and indoor air in Texas, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. Questions about this policy go to Nora Vale at support@novasliving.com or (555) 014-2000.

Quote and contact forms may include your name, phone, email, service address, the type of system in the house, its age, a short description of the problem, and a preferred visit window.

If you call or text, we keep the number you used and notes from the conversation so a technician can show up prepared.

The site may log standard technical data such as browser type, device, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use this information to return a ballpark, schedule a visit, dispatch emergency service, follow up on warranty or maintenance work, and improve how the site and quote flow work.

We do not sell your contact information. We do not use it to pitch solar, batteries, or anything outside heating, cooling, indoor air, and related service.

We share only what a job requires: licensed technicians and subcontractors on your visit, payment processors if you pay a deposit or invoice, and vendors who host this site or our email and phone tools.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect people and property on a job.

The site may use cookies or similar tools to keep a session working and to understand which pages people open. You can block cookies in your browser. Some features, including the quote form, may not remember your progress if you do.

Quote requests and job records stay as long as we need them to finish the work, honor a warranty, or meet tax and licensing rules. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed for those reasons.

You can ask us for a copy of what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email support@novasliving.com or call (555) 014-2000. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy statute, we will honor the rights that statute gives you.

This site is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy. The current version is dated September 5, 2026.
